Delivery Information
DELIVERY
Bearing in mind your location, Baby Stitch carefully selects the best delivery service to ensure you receive your gift as quickly as possible. We use reputable courier companies and Australia Post.
Courier
If no-one is home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to arrange an alternative delivery time. For recipients who work full-time it may be best to give a work address for delivery.
Australia Post
All gifts are registered for tracking and if no-one is home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card requesting you collect the package from your local post office. We can also address your delivery to a PO Box.
Overseas Deliveries

We know that prompt delivery is very important and we do our very best to ensure your personalised baby gift is dispatched as soon as possible. Unfortunately there may be delivery delays beyond the control of Baby Stitch. As such, the we can only provide estimated delivery times as follows.

When your baby gifts is needed to be delivered urgently we are able to Express deliver your gifts. An Extra charge applys ($20.00) next day Australia wide, as long as the post code area falls in the express post area. To book an express delivery of your gift please contact us on 1300 653 880 or click on express post in the shopping cart area. All orders must be made by 12.00pm for this service.
Please note that orders must be placed before 12.00pm to coincide with these time frames and that delivery to rural areas may take additional time. Please contact our friendly team for assistance with urgent deliveries.
Delivery Special Notes
lPer section (6A) of the Liquor Act, purchasers and recipients of gifts containing alcohol must be 18 years of age or older.
lFrom time to time, for reasons beyond our control, certain items featured on the website are unavailable. In this case the item will be replaced with carefully selected comparable product, of equal quality and value.l

lIf you wish to cancel your order we can offer a full refund, on the condition that your gift has not already been embroidered and/or dispatched. All refunds will be made within 24 hours to your credit card.

If you choose to cancel your order once it has been placed we are more than happy to offer a full refund as long as your baby gift has not already been embroidered with babys name. You will need to contact us ASAP so we can cancel your order.
